Microsoft Teams Rooms can call Zoom and Cisco Webex

Anyway we can use both the screens for MTR for direct guest join using Webex

Unfortunately there are some limitations. So only one screen will join the call. Since it is using a browser to connect the call and HDMI ingest will not work.

cisco webex is not showing on touch panel, only has join by ID option with Teams and Zoom only

Correct that option is not available today. You will need to forward the webex invite to the meeting room
