There are 25000 mosques are being used in Xingjiang. It's also good to see all these beautiful ancient mosques have been protected so well as cultral relics. Although they are too old to be used, their beauty will continue to shine. I believe tourists from other region of China or other countries all will appreciate the good mantenance job they have done to these ancient mosques.

One Pakistani friend ate eyes considered them as fish oil capsules and myself ate raw fish considered as boiled egg with rice wrapped up with snake skin (I never knew). The technicolor variety of food on table looked so good 😁
