As Salaamu Alaykum . 74 year of age Muslimah , from Detroit,MI., now in N. England States. 44 years a Muslimah. I PRAY ANYWHERE ( Except bathrooms & where Alcohol/Pork is : OUTSIDE, BUS/Grain Terminals, Jobs,Med. Facilities, etc........! Had Emp.oyers and Professors or Security Guards who DID NOT LIKE IT, but TOO BAD. STOOD My GROUND. NEVER OBSTRUCTED Others , but PRAYED. NOT EASY , ESPECIALLY being Black/ African Amer. and COVER Islamically, but ALLAAH prepared me, through my PAST as: Political Activist & in Black Panthers, etc........ (1960 s- NOW) and TOUGH Parents ( They were Christian), BUT taught us at YOUNG age," STAND FOR SOMETHING or FALL for ANYTHING" ! Raised a Son, NOW 36, to Pray WHEREVER .....! !
Prayer shouldn’t be an issue as there’s multi faith prayer rooms everywhere. When I was working at DFID there was a prayer room and this was over 20 years ago, so there’s no accuse not to pray. Even Westfield have a prayer room, mash’Allah. Besides, if there’s no room available or the institution or organisations in question become “funny” then one can pray outdoors on the ground or in a park as it’s all Allahs land. It’s a handful of ignorant people or individuals that become funny and question “Who is she?” Islam came as a strange “thing” and towards the end of times will become or deemed “strange!”
@@yp556 IDK as I left secondary school over 27 years ago. You can pray outside (school grounds) if there isn’t a designated prayer room available, as it’s all Allahs land! Why don’t you ask (approach) your Student Council to allocate or arrange this facility at your school?

As far as I’m aware, he’s from Redbridge, although, I maybe mistaken because I think I saw the Mufti at Beal High School during one of my childrens parents evening so I gathered or assumed that he may have had a child at the school.
