@@eeveeluvr365 For the original Oogie Boogie the common glows in the dark and the chase is a brown sack color. The belief is that they made an error and the common was supposed to be the chase. The common is green and glows in the dark. I own both of them.

Chases are more rare.
Chase is 1 in 6, so there's a lot more commons out there, so if you buy the chase you are getting the rarest piece.. same goes for Pop Chases
