    For those wondering, my current daily supplement stack is Vitamin D, Creatine & Omega 3 Tablets (and electrolytes if you include those). With all supplements, please be responsible & do your research beforehand 🫡

    I’d say one thing to be aware of is the placebo affect, which could account to any increases due to the participant knowing the benefits of what they are taking, nevertheless great vid 💪🏽

    • @reev
      @reev  5 місяців тому +1

      Yeah absolutely could be placebo and potentially wanting to see the changes I thought I did - as with most scientifically understudied products

    One criticism is that alot of these products, you have to take for a month+ to feel the effects.

    • @reev
      @reev  5 місяців тому +23

      Yeah for sure, if I had more time to test them across the board it would have been way better - there's entirely a possibility that it's a placebo result due to the nature of me willing to see changes for the video

    Theo saying this.. "I fancy my heart to be healthy.."
    Quote I possibly needed most in 2018-2019 when taking a RedBull every day. (I have decreased this thankfully to like 1 a month or I'll normally swap to protein shakes or coffee + drinking more water...) The headaches are possibly from high sugar/high caffeine levels, it affected my health so much that I'd get migraines, high heart rate + high sugar levels, gave me panic attacks, sleep deprivation/insomnia, glad I removed it + hoping to completely limit it to like every 2-3 months.

    its important to note that most turkesterone supplements arent tested properly and often dont actually have traces or the proper dose of turkesterone in them. However turkesterone has high promise in clinical data as a anabolic aid.

    I am glad you did warrior il be honest I started using gorilla it’s a lot more expensive but has 6x the amounts of everything per scoop and I use 5 times per week some times double scoops. The gorilla gave me a huge huge crash and made me feel horrible. Warrior is ok to use I think some people just don’t need the 6x per scoop in volume. Warrior 2 scoops 5 days a week I stick with because it does the job and the gorilla is just to over boar. Thanks reeve

      The BCAAs were taken over a couple of days, the gym recording & studio recordings were not at the same time, naturally. And taking understudied supplementation always has an asterisk next to it, I just gave the thoughts on whether I thought it worked, which I felt it did.
      Also turkesterone as an ecdysteroid has been researched a little, there’s info there that supports it has benefits. I did disclaimer though

    Small thing, it’s called pre workout. Implies you take it before the workout not right before your first set. For someone doing gym content you seem pretty inadequate. But hey at least you spread correct info about test boosters and fat burners being rubbish. Keep it up

      I spend a good 10 mins warming up beforehand, and given the fact I then trained for like 70 minutes, I’d get an idea of the effects intra workout. I’m aware of how pre-workout works, but appreciate the response + the kind words to finish
