A perfect example of what 2022 F1 teams are contending with during pre season practice at Barcelona.
Porpoising. Note the Williams car jumping up and down.

similar to Peter Sellers saying 'what a complete shower' when admonishing as a General in Casino Royale. British and proud I am.

McLaren had two more wins than Williams for the drivers' championship through the 80's: in 84, 85, 86, 88, 89, while Williams only had 81, 83, and 86. Brabham had the other two for 80-89.

It wouldn't even get close to 18K, pneumatic springs are required around 14K i think.

Honda managed 22k in 1959 with conventional springs

@@thegregdavieschannel with very small displacement motorcycle engines, it has to be said. It’s much easier when the engine is very small. I own a 250cc 4-cylinder Honda motorcycle which has the limiter set at 17K, but they also made a version of that engine that revved to 20K.

today's f-1 engines uses pnumatic return prings, because convencional metal springs are useless at 18.000 rpm
