Great video ! Something I can show to my wife. So after completion she won't cry - little bit of DIY. Only problem we have it's the fact of kitchen situation. Unfortunately splashback tiles will not help 😅
Fix problems, Declutter, deep clean everything, fit Led lightbulbs, paint white but use good paint, not cheap paint eg Leyland trade. clean windows and oil. Dont replace front door unless its really bad.
Service the boiler. Replace blown windows, put personal clutter into storage if you have a lot. Have oven deep cleaned. Tidy garden, first impressions!
You're not replacing your carpet for $2000 unless it's a very small property. If you want to replace the vinyl or wood flooring you really aren't doing it. I got 5 bids on my carpets and all were around $6000 for carpet. Wood is more.
Hey Dude! LOVE the videos. If you were looking and getting into the rental market and had a chunk of cash would you buy multiple buy-to-lets with mortgages and deposits OR one with no mortgage at all?
Hi! I enjoy watching your videos! Can you help understanding wether we should go for an open plan kitchen/dinner and get rid of one of the bedrooms to do so? We currently have 4bed house (3bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, the one is next to the kitchen). Kitchen is pretty narrow so only fits a round dinning table with 2/3 chairs at best. So the question is if we knock down the wall and get rid of downstairs bedroom and make it into open plan kitchen/dinner would that decrease the value of our house? Thanks!
Get video Jack! I'd love to see a video of you explaining the process of how you did your first flip with 40k would be great to see the steps and what you bough etc. I have 100k to start and I feel I don't have enough 🤣
Hi Jack, do you think with the current and up coming economical uncertainty, the rising house prices at the rate they are and with interest rates starting to rise, do you believe now is still a good time to buy?
I think it’s always a good time to buy, you just need to be 100% certain on your exit strategy. Will you hold it for 20 years? Can you offload them in auction quickly? Just always be thinking ahead
Hey jack I am 13 and when I am older I want to do want you do I was curious how you stared buying a house for a flip as it is very expensive so how did u get the money and how long did it take you and what age did u start at ?
Hi chicken with 1 million subs - thanks for watching the video! To fund my investments I reinvest cash from my company. Build a cash flowing business and invest what you make from that into assets that will pay you for life
Hi Jack been going through your videos and it’s been good to see your strategies of buying houses flipping etc. Seen on 1 of your videos when you was searching in rightmove that you searched Halesowen and said it was too far from you! Took me by surprise! I’m in dudley! Lol. Anyways bud would be great to have a chat with you and see if we can come up with some deals. Look forward to hearing from you pal. Take care.

Multiple with mortgages every time. Leverage the banks to grow your cashflow at scale. Thanks for tuning in Benjamin!
