World Wildlife Fund | Expanding the Nonprofit Donor Base Through Analytics | SAS Customers

The World Wildlife Fund's donor base was aging. This environmental nonprofit had to address the challenge of an aging donor base in order to reinvigorate their fundraising efforts. Through the use of SAS Customer Intelligence 360, WWF was able to explore new channels and usher in a new generation of donors. Now, they're using martech solutions from SAS to fully personalize the digital experience for these new donors.
Integrating contact and response data from direct mail, web, social, email, and other channels in a holistic donor profile with SAS’s customer data platform has allowed WWF to more comprehensively understand individual donor journeys. This understanding allows for techniques like marketing channel attribution, donor interaction optimization, and personalized targeting to take place.
As a result, WWF’s is experiencing increased donations, improved engagement, and is growing their ability to conserve nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth.
