You could stitch stockings and give them Christmas-themed names. After making stockings for my entire family but having none to hang in my house except my own, I starting with Santa's reindeer (Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, etc.) and have expanded to others like Noel, Carol, Tiny Tim, Holly, etc. With a nativity stocking you could use a religious name (Mary, Joseph, etc.).
I totally get what you mean about getting "sick" of the pattern even if you haven't stitched it. I've been waiting on these Gecko Rouges I've been wanting since before my birthday. Finally ordered them with birthday money, kept visiting the site every day to see the status of the order (still "to do" on threads), and I'm now slowly falling out of love with the patterns I desperately wanted just a week ago! It's insane. I should stop checking and looking at the photos of the patterns.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful Dimensions collection! I love Dimensions kits and have just bought Kitty Litter as I'm a cat lover! I'm currently stitching Holiday village by Dimensions which is quite detailed and has so much backstitch but it's well worth the effort! Happy Sitching
Hello fellow cat lover!!!! I should do a cat kits/patterns collection as I am too the biggest lover 😂 give me anything cats and I’m yours! As of dimensions kits, most of them have a lot of intricacies such as backstitching, petite stitches, quarter stitches etc but in the end it’s so worth it! Thank you so much for watching 😘
Beautiful collection. I have the Aurora Cabin as well. I'm a bit hesitant to start it as it involves blending filament and specialty stitches. I find the Gold Dimensions Petites are deceiving. 😂 Because although they might be small they involve a lot of work. I did the wolf one and there was so much backstitching, and French knots. Happy stitching.
All Dimensions are complicated on some level 😂 The Aurora Cabin scares me because of all those French knots in the sky for stars... will be leaving those for last 😂
@@Ceaftnookemporium I'm stitching Sunlit Fox at the moment. It's easy to stitch. Got a lot of half stitches and a fair bit of backstitching, but it's a pleasant stitching experience. And the orangey colors are so beautiful.
I absolutely agree, they are not the easiest ones to work on. A lot of half stitches, quarter stitches, tons of backstitching, blended threads. But they are worth the effort ☺️ You could try petite kits that they do, they are much easier! Thank you so much for watching x
Hi Sue, before you start, I would say make sure you know which symbol requires a full stitch, which one is a quarter stitch etc. I usually colour those symbols in the key just so I don’t miss it and start full on stitching! Do you do gridding? That will make it much quicker! x
DImensions actually used to be called sunset. Bucilla is just a different brand
Luv luv luv dimensions
Enjoyed seeing your collection of dimension kits they are all beautiful 🤩 thank you for sharing have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching 🧵 😊💗🤗🪡

I do exactly the same thing! Keep checking it out, watching everyone on flosstube stitch certain patterns and then lose my interest in them…
:) I have 14 of their kits ! Some are from the early 90’s and never opened. You have a fine collection- thank you for sharing 💖
Their kits are just too addictive 😂 I think I have fear of missing out situation going on. Thank you for watching x

Dimensions kits are pretty but I have always found them hard to stitch.

Beautiful collection!
A very fun video, and a few shinies there I love :D
Thank you so much, I’m pleased you have enjoyed it x
@@Ceaftnookemporium absolutely! Made me go sort all mine out!
I just bought 2 Petite Dimensions Kits. Any tips or recommendations prior to starting them to make stitching easier?

The stocking could have your maiden name I have done that with one of the stockings I have stitched
I think that’s a genius idea! Thank you!
