So you’re using the mpc software inside studio one? that’s dope, it just read it as a vst? I’m new to both, just got a mpk mini 3 and didn’t realize it came with free software, just dove in
I don't have the number at the top to change between quarter note vs. eight note etc. Anyone know how to enable that feature/option or why it's missing in my MPC Beats?
@@Craftmaster3 yeah it wasn't there, but I found an option for basic vs. advanced new project. I guess I originally had the "basic" option selected, which seems to remove some features
Craftmaster, i want to use the same instrument on different tracks but with separate effects..but when you change or put an effect on one it does it to both tracks 😤 Do you know a way around this? Thank you
@@sportsteeme I managed to do it once then the next time i tried it it didn't work or i did something wrong..it really shouldn't be that difficult 🤷🏽♂️ ..let me know if you have any luck and I'll have ago again myself when i get chance
I found this while using the program but i couldn’t figure out how to switch the resolution on the mpc controller quickly without restarting my sequence
It's super easy to program drums in FL they just sound super flat and to correct it people soft clip the shit out of their samples. That's been the sound for the last 10 years and if you understand anything about American culture sounds change by decade...time to learn some new tricks.
Right on time! I was just about to roll up my sleeves to figure this out.
Thanks for this . Hard to find swimg snd quantize that it is known for. All the best to you and yours.❤
GOAT status. Thanks for this man, now I can get my drums right in FL and Studio One! I honestly hate using Sample 1.
I hate sample one too, the only thing I like about it is the browsing
How could anyone give this a thumbs down? This little bit is far more helpful than Akai's own videos. No way would I know this without CMT
starting in production, thank you! and... more videos would be welcome ;)

What drum kit is that? RX something

Demoni just press the TC icon on the top of the main screen
Craftmaster Productions completely missed it. I have barely used the mpc in standalone
Demoni if you're on a page that doesn't have it up top hold the shift button and it will appear in the lower left hand corner
How did u resize/scale the MPC BEATS gui mines so big in studio one i can reach the menu at the bottom on MPC
Much appreciated
King Commit no problem
It's VERY easy to do drums in FL studio; but just as ANY other daw you have to take the time to learn and get used to it.
