Wow Margaret totally caught me off guard at 0:22 I think she means the movies not topical or allegorical because this is definitely not a turn-your-brain-off movie where you just disengage for 90 minutes. It’s way better than her comment suggests.
Well… I was SOOOOO looking forward to seeing it this weekend until the interview gave away a narrative arch I will now be expecting. Tasteless and elitist interview question that screams “I’m so cool I’ve seen it before anyone”
@@obscure.reference it’s rare an interviewer displays such narcissistic morals of elitism. Usually their questions are muted. But this person obviously loves their own voice
@@soapboxparishrecordings5287 not gonna lie, i tune out the interviewers entirely and just listen to the cast. either way, don't let a scummy interviewer stop you from seeing a good film. out of the filmmakers' control.
one of my favorite movies of the year. everyone did great, it's so fun and hot and raw and engaging. loved it so much

Watching interviews will always be risky.. if not the content then the comments. You walked into that one
