Alu Poori Recipe ( Odia ) | Aloo Puri Recipe by mrunalinee : Alu poori is a very easy and tasty recipe prepared with whole wheat atta , potato, ginger etc. This delicious aloo puri ( alu poori ) can be served as it is or can be enjoyed with any curry or dalma. So , must try this super tasty and crispy hot puri ( poori ) in your breakfast or lunch or in dinner.
Ingredients :
1. Whole wheat atta - 1½ cups ( or 9 tbsp or add as required )
2. Boiled Potatoes - 3 nos ( medium )
3. Ginger - 1 inch
4. Garlic cloves - ( 4-6 nos )
5. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
6. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp ( or use chopped green chilli )
7. Roasted Dry chilli - 1 tbsp ( or readymade chilli flakes )
8. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Black cumin seeds - 1 tsp
11. Oil to fry
