    Why not wait til the end of the season? What's 'normal'?!
    Get the team really strong, together, before 'going-up', to be vulnerable picking for the strong teams. Get slowly but surely better and better (and Better!), and then promotion and thriving in the Premiership will be more or less automatic!

    Well said Ed. You proved all the EDP talk to be rubbish. They should be ashamed of themselves. People will follow like sheep. You didn't stand by your manager which is sad.
