Because spider flumpty runs straight for the camera when in the vents and you flash him instantly when seeing him, like the owl from ONAF 2 Beavowl takes his time and is usually in 2-3 shots before attacking.

Both. It appeared in the trailer but is never seen in the actual game. It was probably content that was scrapped after the trailer came out.
