The main counterplay to AP Twitch I've found is to shut them down early, communicate and control ward choke points(much like vs a Katarina or Le Blanc). Unfortunately this goes both ways, which is why Support Twitch tends to fair better than ADC Twitch, since far more players are willing to participate with a support than an ADC. When I play Support Twitch, main reason I lose games is people on my team not co-operating in risky plays I try to make and the enemy counter-ganking or grouping to deal with me, which can be either a nightmare to deal with or create a new win condition if we have a champion or two that can split push(one game I had a tristana, ziggs as well trynadmere) while the enemy team beats you into the ground for 30 minutes.
TL;DR - Stop AP Twitch by playing as a team, warding and using pings. As AP Twitch, avoid running it down, and punish anyone out of position like you're playing an assassin.

It's crazy how many ap twitches I've seen recently and I think 1 of the 12 I had was decent and did alright. Didn't even hard carry or anything. Just didn't die a lot and got us a couple kills and helped. But the remainder just hard int, I literally just had a ap twitch sup about 2 games ago since new season start and he went 1/12/3 end of the game. We won by hard carrying him but all he did was int and swear ad twitch was better and it's really not unless you are good!!!! Low elo players trying to do what you need to do on ap twitch sup just doesn't ever path out for me.
