Any Tips on what you can do to those PCB board mounted jacks and pots to "hard wire" them even if the PCB board eyelets solder breaks this will cause intermittent problems. Even if you take a razor blade and scrap the pcb board masking away to solder onto the pbc board trace it will still break and cause intermittent problems. The jacks and pots moving up and down and side to side from loose jacks cause the solder breaking and solder fractures.
I have BA112 I for the life of cannot get the chassis out of the cabinet. I've removed all the screws going through the cabinet the chassis that I see but it won't come out its loose but not able to come out...
@@VSHO-pn3ns Sorry, took a while to find this traffic again. once the 6 screws are removed, it's still in there tight. Push down a bit on the chassis, and that should loosen it enough to pull out., Surprised it didn't take a swath of tolex with it, but it came out fine
i tried to put volume to 10 yet the sound like volume 2. what are the common problem of these?

Just bought one, works fine, except likely needs solder joints reflowed. But two knobs (mid/Bass) are missing. Any preference on suppliers?

What type of fuse does it take?

Been a while, but maybe the handle screws also secure the chassis? Or just stickum holding it in place. They aren't fun.
Did you get it out? Once the 6 screws are out, it's a matter of prying on it one side at a time.
I may try to pop mine open to replace the fan, did you ever succeed, and can you clarify the disassembly steps?

Friend where is her fuse?
IT'S ALIVE, IT'S ALIVE!!! lol I was under the impression that all solid state devices ran on 5Vdc. Or is that just logic circuits?
It’s just logic circuits, like TTL chips.
Headphone jack fails always on BA115.... it's the most common failure alongside broken solder joints
Where do I find a replacement headphone jack?
How much to fix mine?
The repair cost often approaches the value of those older SS Ampegs. I rarely recommend it.
