All the tyres did great and for the money the Fusks are well worth it even though they failed the hard line. The jetco's are really good and I can see why you have them as Velma's day to day tyre although the Tusks were very close. Thanks for your hard work.
One can buy 3 sets of Mix Racing Fusks (and I have) but when that first set of Jconcepts Tusk arrives on your bench you know you entered a different world. That being said, for me the Fusk is 'the BEST' non branded tire.
@ correct, I have 2 sets of fusks. Now I just need some rocks, lol. Found wheels and fusks combos on Amazon , might do one more for another build , lol. The bug build I’m doing is very capable and that’s without tuning, in the living room. Lol
Great job Ken, oh and son of Ken. This was a really nicely edited and filmed video. I guess the Trekkers were just not working? I just ordered a set of fusks, for the money I think I am going to be pleased with them.
There's no yes or no answer to that one sir. The Fusk only failed in 2-3 extreem tests in the wet. We want to be honest so we decided to leave it in the video. But, that being said, they are an overall great performing tire and imo they look good. Well, if you love the profile of a Tusk, you love a Fusk. And for me, with a good set of inserts, you can't beat the value for money on the Mix Racing Fusk. Now, depending on the vehicle you need them for, and if you don't care about realisme, the Injora S4 comp pin tire is probably my favorite and most versatile injora tire atm. That might change or not as there is an other Injora battle on the way: S5 King Trekker vs S5 Swamp Claws. I have good hope for the profile of the Swamp Claws.
Great video Erwin! I have a comparison video coming out soon too. Love the fake Tusks. Were the Injora tyres really that bad? I have had a few people telling me that the new S5 King Trekkers are great but after previous experiences using the Injora fake Hyrax and the Kraken Klaws I just don’t trust Injora to make a decent tire. Plus I’m over buying cheap tyres that just simply do not work. TheJetko pins are interesting, the adventurer and conqueror tyres are commonly available here in Australia but I’ve never seen those pins here for sale.
For some reason, the Injora King Trekker under perfomed on this rig. It is a great tire as you can see in a previous video where I compare Injora tires. That was on the Team car which has a different setup and weight distrubution. The Team car is my approach of a VRD Carbon / 10 PRO kind of car. The Jektos are an other story: here on these rocks they perform really well, dry or wet. I feel they are very insert dependend. Stock foams, as often, was no good. They asked for kind of a squared insert. I have a set of Injora S5 Swamp Claws on the way. These will be tested head to head with the King Trekkers. I'll use the Team car for that. Probably will use Tusks as the baseline comparison tire. Thanks for the kind works @ValleyCrawlers. I love your work too.
the injora rims are really looking good and I can confirm the rocks are looking smaller and less steep on camera than they really are.
@@KennethBrems thx printmaster Ken!
thats a really nice fuel cell👍
@@vb9300 thx Vince!

It's Erwin's son, my son isn't involved in this 🙂
@@KennethBrems Not yet 😏
Did you make Trx4 Subo Mount 3D?
That is indeed a 3D printed Servo Behind The Axle mount.
You can see it in detail in the previous video about Velma, 100 subs special.
Do you sell 3D submounts?
Or can I get a drawing?
Do you mean the servo BTA mount for the TRX4 axle?
With this experience do you choose injora over fusk?

@Team_ReVolt I'm waiting to see the injora battle 👍
