How about this. ( When you take damage, you add a 1.01 multiplier to the next damage taken. Like when you fall from 3 blocks tall and take damage. after about a 100 times of doing that, it hits a 2 times multiplier.) you can also go for 1.1 times multiplier every time you get hurt. it also applies to critical damage (hitting when falling)
