I have a question with the new multi-stream features in V4:0…
I use currently Restream to schedule to multiple platforms including paired partners. I schedule to LinkedIn too as my principal platform AND I use comments from LinkedIn extensively.
At the moment in v3:10, I rely on the way I can select Restream via Ecamm and Ecamm then auto finds my upcoming scheduled event. So when I hit the Go Live button in Ecamm, Restream then does all the heavy lifting. This is really great for me. Will I still be able to do that in V4:0 please as I’m worried this feature won’t be there anymore? Please reassure me that this is still
Possible in the new version?
Also when will Ecamm bring in LinkedIn comments?
We do not have any plans to remove our integration with Restream. You can go ahead and keep on keeping on the way that works best for you!
We have been working with the team at LinkedIn to get comment access. Ecamm has been approved, but we haven't heard from them on when the update will roll out. We're pushing hard to get it online ASAP.
