The first one he will end up being a decent writer. I can tell what he was trying to do and thats box shaped at the top and round at the bottom which is kind of cool hes trying to experiment and that's good too do. Its the only way to learn new ways. Great video mate!
@gamingbonejon don't use others as "examples". This early on you're more likely to bite rather than learn from these so called examples because you don't yet have enough fundamental skill or know how to break down the references to extract valuable lessons to use for yourself. So no, don't check out skuf. Rather look at the basic print F in print font. Learn the letter. Learn how it works and functions, learn more about throwies (we teach all of that on the channel), and apply those lessons.
he technically has both a drop shadow and a very loose, simplified, and very general cast shadow. That being said, given how general it is, the drop shadow is really the primary shadow here.
that would be instagram my friend. when it comes time to submit, I post a story, and then you can tag me in a post for me to see. to be fair, you can tag me in a post at any time and I'm likely to respond, but if you're trying to get in the videos then be sure to tag me when you see our announcement
sorry about that, i get hundreds of submissions in DM and I cant possibly respond to all of them. many of these DMs also get hidden from me by Instagram and this is why we ask that people tag us instead of shooting a DM. If we don't respond then you're always welcome to resend a message with your up to date work.
That Dreso being 10/10 is whack homie. Did he pay you ? Lol maybe a solid 7-8 out of 10 max. It's technically correct. But just doesn't look pleasant, nothing all that special. B+
lol most things in graffiti aren't special. graffiti has the lowest bar for skill and knowledge out of any art form so if we rated it based on your system everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING would be a 1 out of 10. His work is fundamentally sound, it's clean it's well done with little hints of style here and there that all work well. a throwie doesn't need to be crazy, it needs to get you up and be correct, and that's what he did. Normally the people who don't recognize that lack plenty of fundamental knowledge. that being said at least ya gave him an 8, still a great rating, glad to see it either way.
@@Theartistblock yeah I agree, technically. But I don't know. You and I have always had little disagreements like this. Still love your insights! I'm still learning. Always learning... Is that part two of your fundamentals you are working on? When can we expect it to be finished, roughly? I wish I could meet you and do some sketches together and talk in depth more. Alas... Have a great day.
"When less is more" perfect. 11 out of 10 Everything is symmetrically perfect. On the "Dreso" throwie
Yoooo thank you for featuring my Sper Throwie!
great throwie man, you did awesome work!

I like the “scope” one
@@applejackzo scope did a darn good job
11 out of 10 for scope. consistent and confident. no scratchy bullshit lines thats someone who knows their letters.
@return2sender791 very good point. No scratchy bs is a HUGE pluss that I should have given him more props on
Love ur content
@aarremustonen8612 thank you dude :D
no shit the first attempt at graff on a wall is truly an accomplishment lmao
Yo can u do a tutorial on straight letters like where u do examples digital
Any tips on bubbly F, I can't seem to find any examples.
Do a little negative space in between the two arms of the F and connect them at the end but remember keep it simple since i know ur new to graff
Skuf's F

I think scope has a great throwie
what kind of shadow is on the oake throwie ?

Do you think J is an easy letter to do throwies or not. I use it in my tag and ive got some problems with it.
sure, its not too bad of a letter once you practice its basic structure.
@@Theartistblock gith ima practice more. Thanks
@@Theartistblock i practiced for like a week and now I have a decent J. Thanks ❤️

hey! could you please review my art in your next video? I love your art!

That D was DISGUSTING absolutely DISGRACEFUL.
I feel like the first one was sort of almost intentionally awkward tho? Maybe it's just me.
