Hi Ichang and Jimmy, just a small tips for your food adventure in Malaysia. Usually when squeezing Limau into food, we make sure the seeds are taken out. That way we ensure we don't bite into the seeds which will cause bitter when enjoying the food. Hope this helps :)
I would place the fork under the lime when I squeeze so that the seed does not fall into my dish then I just discard the seed easily at the side of the plate😅
Looks like they use actual lontong rice in the lontong kering and lontong basah/lontong kuah. Usually rice packets are used in lontong kering and lontong basah/lontong kuah. That’s why it tastes differently from the lontongs you’ve tried before. If you want, you can find lontong rice in Pasar Kampung Melayu Majidee. Enjoy all the food in my hometown guys!
I love the way you guys describe the taste of each dish..it is so detail and accurate. The processing and loading are so funny. Very informative yet naturally entertaining to watch. I always look forward for all your videos. There’s nothing can beat Malaysia…food, people, everything…you name it. 😊
