Quick note: Google Search Console is the most reliable in terms of YOUR website's data, but using a paid SEO tool like SEMRush is an awesome way to get access to more tools & more flexibility when it comes to rank tracking, data etc.

Idk if you can remove a review, unless you report it. Responding thoughtfully is usually helpful if you can’t report it. Not ideal but hopefully that helps!

Unfortunately I don’t have a clue on how to handle that. Maybe you can report something to Google? I haven’t ran into that problem so I’m not sure.
