Hi thanks for the vid 👍 that armorer wrench is it a good tool for taking the barrel nut off the MWS if so who makes it please many thanks
Armorers wrench is definitely a necessity! It should take off any type of rail you can find.. besides the oem TM Mk18 bastardized barrel nut which is notoriously a pita to remove. Why I always suggest buying a base mws and building your own.
They can be found anywhere tbh, it’s a real steel armorers wrench. Make sure to get the full size classic one as it has more tools than some like magpul etc
@@Wolfman_NV excellent thanks yes not looking forward to taking my barrel nut off but a little heat helps. There are many wrench’s like your one but made of cheese lol so thought I’d ask the make of yours as you’ve used it. On a side note would you know what size tap to get to rethread the lower so to put a RS buffer tube on please. Many thanks for your help 👍

1.250"-18 tpi - Corrects out of spec or cross-threaded upper receivers and barrel nuts. 1-3/16"-16 tpi - Makes receiver extension (recoil buffer) tube and lower receiver threads uniform for easier installation
