Followed this mans plays and movies for years but what I really love about him is he keeps his life and family private and doesnt entertain the main stream media that shows he as morals and is not full of BS like the Hollywood crowd. A man of honour love him.

And Cillian is not from the Isle of Man. Douglas is a middle class suburb of Cork City, in Ireland. At 21:05, you show an aerial view of Monkstown, County Cork. Cillian lives in Monkstown, County Dublin. I suppose this error is understandable since there are two Irish coastal towns by the same name.

He’s outstanding… but you’ve got it wrong about his linguistic ability …. There is no modern Irish or Scottish language. There is a Welsh language. I doubt he’ll ever play bond. He’s played dozens of similar characters. Why would he want to do it. He seems a guy that likes growth and new roles. A true brave actor. Not caring what people think of him will help that. And not being in the Hollywood loop or attending every talkshow on tv.
I’m glad that I mainly only see him in a new role. It keeps things interesting. He’s the best presently at what he does. His lack of awards shows that they’re nonsense and rely on you ticking boxes of PR gurus. And putting smoke up arses. Although his time is now with Oppenheimer. As it is with Nolan who’s a similar personality. 🤞
Actually there is an Irish language 'Gaeilge'. As well as containing a beautiful old vocabulary, it is constantly being updated to include new modern words from technology, geography etc. If you heard Cillian's Oscar acceptance speech he spoke in Irish at the end to thank everybody.

I never even found him even remotely attractive until his portrayal of Thomas Shelby. Something about the cheek bones and haircut combination I guess. I don’t know how one can be so head over heels for a character, Thomas Shelby, but so put off by the actual actor 😅. I guess that just really attests to his acting skills. Anyway he sounds like a half cocked ego maniac. But I guess you’d have to be to play Thomas Shelby’s character so well anyway 😂 wanting to see Oppenheimer next.
