i was thinking abt getting a ASUS Tuf Dash F15 RTX 3070 with i7 12th gen but i’ve heard some bad reviews i’m confused, can u let me know which one you bought and how it is for gaming?
@@essam_aa7709 it does get quite hot whenever i play valorant, especially if my room is warm- but it never reaches 90° plus temps (at least in my case). i do have it on a laptop fan though & i keep my ac on whenever i play. also what @Laughing Laughing said, the issue abt the cooling system & fans aren't an issue on the 2022 & 2023 models of tuf. hopes this helps!
@@OffensiveW i went with the Tuf Gaming F15 2022 model. my specs are intel i7 12700H, RTX 3060, and 16GB ram (dual channel). i don't really have an experience with the Dash version, but according to my research the performance isn't as great as well as the cooling system it has. it was actually also in my choices but decided to not go through with it because of the reviews i've watched. i would say if you have a chance to get the Tuf F15 (not dash) then i would recommend you to get that one instead for better performance.
Glad I got F15. But it's weird. Nitro has 4 zone RGB you'd expect more fps XD But really, while these are all true, my same specs F15 has only 62% sRGB and 144hz screen. For me, more than enough as I'm coming from FX504 from 2018/2019 (the one in the video is FX507 2022) So, yeah. Great video. I didn't have to correct anything XD well done sir

Getting an acer nitro 5 AN517-58 next week with 17.3 screen i5 12th gen rtx 3060 6gb and 16 ram cant wait to finally have it have acer all in one so this will be a great addition to my list And my first gaming laptop Theres no reason for me to get the asus tuf since here where i live the acer is 999€ and asus is on sale for 999€ as well but 3050 and same specs

And it is insane good for the price. 1000 dollar. temp in games can go up to 90-95c but that is fine. the laptop is made for it. On desktop it would have been very very bad:) P.S I have also ddr5 4800 and 32gb ram ( upgraded from 16gb) in my Acer nitro 5 2022

I just got msi crosshair15 rainbow six edition with same processor and 140w 3060, wqhd 165hz screen and it rocks. Just do not trust the reviews biasing lenovo and asus.
placing your ear on the keyboard to listen to any whining sounds from the motherboard (not the fans). I hear something like a coil whine where the RAM and SSD are placed, and it's annoying. Does anyone have this issue?
@@alenthomas340 some of them come with a hard drive bay, so I thought you might've bought an upgraded model or something... Anyway, I don't think it's normal that it makes weird sounds. If it's a new unit, I think you should ask for a replace.
