MR LUNGOVU OMWANA WA TAATA THANKS ALOT that happened to me i was supervisor in X company so my brother finished school and told me to look for him a job, and the fact that i had the up hand in the company we recruited him, staying at mine and feeding him,but surprisingly whenever he could reach home(village) he used to say that i instructed them(him) to work when iam sited(standing)and when he could feel like not working he just go absent without any communication and all questions used to come back to me as referee and the painful part of it he could not have genuine reason for being absent.MR Fred you 100% right. Remain blessed.
