Mount Beerwah, Glasshouse Mountains | Dec 2022

Mount Beerwah is the highest of the ten volcanic plugs in the Glass House Mountains range, 22 km north of Caboolture in South East Queensland, Australia.
Me and my friend Eric took a scramble/hike/climb up to its summit in Dec 2022. It is a spectacular mountain with epic views, but not for the faint hearted or those with a fear of heights! I recommend going with someone who knows the route, wearing flexible footwear with good grip, and going super early before the rock becomes a furnace!

It was my second attempt! First time I got over half way and thought nope! 😂 it’s a scary one but so worth going back for and getting on top the second time round :)
