Just discovered this, had to laugh at your comment "Who doesn't like Ferrero Rochet?". I was shouting at the screen "Me!" Great tutorial, luckily my mum loves them x
FERRERO ROCHER chocolate is MADE IN CHINA. But I had GREAT FUN MAKING THIS using the individually wrapped Lyndt Lindor chocolates. They fit perfectly and come in gold metallic foil and other metallic colors. THANK YOU so very much, Helen, for this video! Big hit this Christmas! I'm a happy subscriber.
love these, and I will be making these for Christmas this year. I actually do like the sentiment inside, or maybe a flower. thank you for sharing all these beautiful projects.
I've watched all your series, including the bonus project album and thoroughly enjoyed them all! I love your designs and am inspired to try them. Like you, I intend to make one of these to go under the tree with MY name on it! (I'm sure I'll be making more than one of them, they're wonderful!) TFS. Hugs, Barbara
Thanks Helen just made this box for a birthday gift. Your tutorial in this was great. I did use Vicki's top box measurements but I left the lid 5 x 5 that makes it fit nice and snug and keeps the box tightly together. Love this.
Thank you for the tutorial! So beautifully made, I can't wait to make them. You Make it look so easy but I'm sure it's going to take me some time. I'm definitely inspired!😉
Had to make this one as soon as I saw it! It took me quite awhile to make, but I LOVE it! I'm sure the next one won't take as long. And, I actually like the little sentiment on the inside. Thanks for a great tutorial!
The measurements were a bit off, but that could've just been me. I did have to add an 8th to the 5x5 lid to make it work and the side wrap barely came together, but it worked and I love it. I will have to make a run for the Rochers. :-)
Thank you for letting me know. I'm hoping to get more feedback on the measurements as it's using a lot of the 16th's of an inch and that doesn't leave any space for error. I'm thinking your box that makes the base may have been slightly on the larger side and caused all the other layers to be a tight fit?
That's exactly right. I'm not a very good box maker, so the fact that this came together at all for me really says something about your expertise! The next one will be better once I adjust the measurements on all the pieces. It's a GREAT box!! I love it!
Thank you, as you can tell from the middle of the video, those measurements were a nightmare. I'm so glad you were able to follow my tutorial - please let me know if you need more help x
Love this project & so glad that you shared it. I was wondering if you knew the trick of wiping down your paper with wax paper before you score it? It works really well, it makes the stylist just slide on the paper. It also helps it not to tear while your scoring. Just wanted to pass that along to you in case you had never heard of it before. Happy crafting & Merry Christmas to you & yours, Linda :)
Beautiful box!!! I think my husband's coworkers would LOVE these. The measurements in the video are a little different than on your blog. Which ones do I use? Thank you very much!!
Thanks for sharing .. but wondering which measurement of scoring should I follow? your website or youtube? The side wrap scoring are all different, & the small box portrait scoring is differed by 1/8. Greatly appreciate your answer ♡
Thanks Helen for a great video, I adjusted your measurements for the top boxes to 5 3/8 x 3 7/8 scored on the long side at 1 1/4 & 4 1/8 on the short side score at 1 1/4 & 2 5/8, I also made the lid 5 1/16 x 5 1/16. I hope you don't mind me posting this if so let me know and I'll delete it.
Really wonderful box ! can i have the metric dimensions because i have some difficulties to convert inches in cm, even on internet. Thanks a lot ! I'm a fan of your creations
You didn't give the measurements of the paper for each of the boxes. I have looked on both your you tube channel and on your blog and I can't find them. I'd love to make this box.
I've had a mixed response regarding the measurements - some say they work and others say they don't. As the measurements work to the 16th of an inch, there is no room for any error. If a scoreline on the wrap or the inside box is out by a 16th of an inch then the wrap may not fit. The easiest thing to do is make your base box as accurately as possible and then manually wrap your card around, pinching the corners as guides and pressing them down. Also, I am using Stampin'Up cardstock and I'm not sure if other weights of card would make a difference to the measurements. Hope this helps x
I'm sorry but I don't understand these measurements. They are confusing to me. I don't if it's because we live in different countries. I may sound stupid but I really don't understand them. I just want a clarification.

Hope all the measurements worked out for you - I always welcome constructive feedback. I'm hoping you had some Ferrero Rochers to hand!

i like it. maybe i can use it someday. :-)
alguien que me de las medidad en cm por favor 😢
I tried this but mine didn't work,, I think it's because of the /16ths
I love this box but I'm following the measures from the link and they are not accurate 😢

Lauren Lovato I think you are right, I will give it another shot!
