@TaxEvadingMann Mage Emblem, Mana boots and Temporal Reign talents on Tier 3.
Try this Emblem.
Custom Emblem: Mage.
Tier 1 Talent: Inspire (5% Cooldown since his ultimate CD is long)
Tier 2 : Weapon Master or wilderness blessing.
Tier 3: Temporal reign.
You will be unlimited skills and Ultimate..
If you want full burst, you can use Common Emblem but I play with Mage Emblem, and Mana boots.. if I get 5 kills in before 5 minutes, I buy Enchanted talisman for Mana and more Cooldown..
