    I’m just getting into ranching at 48. Thanks for this video series. It really made my first throw at a dummy look good😎

    Thank you for this! I'm going to be using a lasso for a burlesque set but I want it to look correct and not wonky! (Great word btw!)

    quick question. I'm a working hand, but hit the practice pen occasionally. I can feed pretty well, but once I feed my loop, I have a hard time recovering the rope back out of my loop if I have to stop swinging. For example, if I line out a calf and get to where I'm about to throw, sometimes the calf will plant or cut hard and I have to regroup and try again, or maybe there's a tree in the way, etc. When on the ground, I can recover rope out of my loop by yanking it quick with my coil hand, but that doesn't work with reins in the coil hand. Could you make a quick video on this or at least give me some tips?

    Hello just wondering what rope is good to get started with or should I spend the money and get a really good rope and have it for a while?
    Do any brands come to mind for a good rope or the best ropes.
    Thank you

      I recommend investing around $50 into a new rope. Nylon fiber ropes with an extra softness or extra extra softness is best for beginners and brands like Classic and Rattler offer these in many different styles. Hope this helps.

    If you where a clock, at what time would you feed the rope? And where would your thumb be pointing when you do?? - Sometimes I feed and It explodes out of my hands and I can’t figure out if I’m feeding too soon, too late, too much or just need more finesse in my palm. You have the best instructional vids . ThX!!

    • @MsScarletHeart4ever
      @MsScarletHeart4ever Рік тому +5

      It is a nylon fiber rope and almost all professionals use them. They come in different softness for preference and what level you're at.

Keep up the great work and thank you for the information you’ve provided in this video!
