There are 2 options
1. They want to add some content but they need more time
2. They were so busy with other games that they forgot about sideswipe
Could be 2, they did a lot with Fortnite. I hope it is 2.
add option 3. they put sideswipe on a loop with an ai which will cycle seasons, and devs made some banners and avatars way ahead so they won't have to work

They should add a level up reward and when is a new year they should add more cars and events like Christmas and Halloween and a different customisation like get to swap a spoiler and other and a 3D mode and a frame for the user name look how much ideas I share it’s like how bad the update have become and I still have more ☹
