When I downloaded my Snapchat data, there wasn't deleted snaps that i deleted manually, but only snaps that are still in memories, and i want to know how to bring them back. I'm struggling to find out how!
I don’t get directed to iCloud can anybody tell me how to get there manually? When I click the zip it directs me to send it as a mail instead of opening in iCloud
i'm not understanding cause i downloaded the zip but i have to extract the file and when i open the shared files folder it just shows bunch of numbers i have android
@@emperorchiby9505 if you acces the computer go to memories_history then you should be able to see all downloadevbel files, the pictures but i cant seem to find my deleted picture so my search will go on

I have a question how do I actually look at the pictures and videos cause it won’t let me click on it
It shows that the data is there but it doesn’t physically show the photos

It didn't give me my deleted memories it gave me the ones I have now
Theres no “photos” section that I can click on. Please help me!!!!!!
It shows the data is there and so are the pictures but you can play the videos but not watch the video

There are no pictures. Every tab I click on is blank.
Did you try all of them? You sure you selected photos on the list to download?
