Being Indian I just want to clarify that we (specifically in Northern India) don’t use our entire FIST like she likes to do when eating. In fact, we only use our fingers and make sure the food doesn’t touch the palm of our hand. She is a messy eater.
P. S. I edited my comment keeping in mind that some people in different parts of India do use the palm of their hand to eat!

I love seeing how different cultures eat, and I love how Indians eat there food without silverware, it's not considered messy or dirty but to show appreciation for food.

There is this food called Nahari in Pakistan, where I live. I am pretty sure it can be found in other countries too! You can eat it with naan or tortilla :)

Pozole is a Mexican dish that I highly recommend! There is many ways that you can make it, for example there is red pozole, Green pozole, chicken pozole, pork pozole etc.! And it's not spicy at all.
