His technique is ridiculous. Jimmy Goperth told him, only half jokingly, to go to the referee's office before the game and to demonstrate how unbelievably flexible he is, because he was worried the refs wouldn't believe Willis was supporting his own weight at the breakdown!!
He's gonna be the best flanker in the world. I'm a Saints fan and I can remember that game at Franklin's Gardens. He completely destroyed us at the break down. I think England's best backrow is 6 Willis, 7 Curry and 8 Dombrandt, with Simmonds coming off the bench. Underhill is a great player too.
Totally agree with your selection, the best balance when everyone's fit and available. I'd even go so far as to have a 6-2 bench split and have both Barbeary and Simmonds on the bench. Selecting a lock in the back row when we have these options is ridiculous imo, as good as Lawes is.
He's done everything he needs to do to prove himself worthy for the rose shirt - its all down to Eddie now. Top player and top bloke! #bleedabbeyrfc #autumninternationals
Jack Willis is a fucking machine and runs like a back! Him & Curry/Underhill with Big Billy at 8. No one will touch them! Salivating at that prospect and so is Eddie I’d imagine. LMFAO! 🏴🌹🏴
Have you watched sam underhill play for or what?hes the best defender in world. twice against New Zealand and twice against south Africa he was england best player by a mile.
Willis and Underhill would be unreal together. The tackling of Underhill with the breakdown work of Willis would be huge. Curry, Earl, or Billy at 8 would be an immense combination
He would definitely be in the England rugby team but if you say he is the turnover king compare him to David Pocock, Sam Underhill, and Sam Warburton who were the GOATs at turnovers.
deluded springbok fan lastwordonsports.com/2016/08/17/stats-show-malcolm-marx-as-springbok-starter/ Marx makes a turnover on average every 69 minutes. Willis is turning the ball over multiple times a game. Your Springbok blinkers are making you look like an absolute clown 🤡

Agreed. Pocock is by the the best jackaler the world has ever seen. Look at all time turnover stats, in 78 caps pocock made 146 turnovers, and in 148 caps mccaw made 117 turnovers. And that is the top 2 names on the list.

I wasn’t saying Willis the “the turnover king”, as you worded it, in the slightest, but that was merely an example of a reasonable club standard player who turns the ball over more than Marx. I’m an England fan but wouldn’t pick Willis at all, he is nowhere near the calibre of the aforementioned players.
As a southern hemisphere man, it's my first time seeing this player. Absolutely incredible. Turnover stats are out of this world

Willis at 8 with curry and underhill 6 and 7 for the next world cup that's what I want to see
What about Ben earl tho
@@billypearson1001 Ben's not close to the 3
simmonds?
Came here to say this! Plus another Curry on the bench!
Not enough ball carrying threat, those are 3 7s right there

Facts. #bleedabbeyrfc
This guy had more turnovers than actual clubs in the league this year 😂😂😂
Nice. Finally a decent video about one of the best players this year. Thanks.
England produce some unreal 6ft 2inch 110kg beasts, must be the Sunday roasts.
Fish and chips and currys.

Can't wait to see him playing in the Southern Hemisphere.
Yes jack wilson ... you beast
Eddie Jones with the Houston Texans hat lol
He looks like just what the wallabies need at #6 v NZ

Hope he makes a full recovery from his injury that he got against Italy. Fingers crossed it’s not a career ender.
Crying shame, he deserved so much more than an injury on his 6n debut
So England now have Sam Underhill, Tom Curry, Ben Curry and Jack Willis to choose from?
It's a very tough call!
Don't forget Underhill and also Dombrandt who has been awesome since the restart.
Ben earl, billy vunipola, Dombrandt, Ted hill also
I was more thinking about open side and blind side flanker options!
mark Wilson and Brad shields

Then he smokes them all. Underhill had 19 turnovers this season, Willis had 50 O.o
Willis, Dombrandt or Vunipola?
Willis 6, Curry 7 and Vunipola 8 might be spicy
