I'm watching this post right now and listening to how you're pronouncing your little one's middle name. In my ASL class, I had a friend with the same name spelling and she pronounced it Shevaughn. With an optical background, you would have to go to an optical retail store and just buy off the rack. You could probably get a decent price; wish I was still in that employment field, so I could get it for you, but I am not. God Bless You! Take care.
