Mad Beatz Philly is a proud education partner of the Mann Music Center. Our middle school drumline program at Global Leadership Academy Charter School was a huge success this year! Follow Captain Karlie as she narrates her middle school drumline's progress throughout the 2020-21 school year, and enjoy the drumline's final performance at the Mann Music Center on May 27, 2021!
Coaches Dwight Carter and Jesse Mell taught students how to play drums, how to read music, and how to play drum solos during in-person and virtual rehearsals. The independent learning system on / madbeatzmethods helped students at Global Leadership Academy learn drum warmups and drumline beats on their own between lessons.
