In this video, we made Khoresht Mast which is a famous dessert from the city of Isfahan. You can follow the recipe in the video to make your own Khoresht Mast. This is one of the dishes that we present at our Persian Food Tour in Narcis Hostel so the guests have the experience of making an Isfahani dish while visiting the city of Isfahan.

Ingredients:
⁃ 150-200 Grams Lamb Neck
⁃ 1 Kilograms Plain Yogurt

⁃ 1 Small Onion
⁃ 250-300 Grams Cup Sugar
Cook the Lamb neck in a pot with onion, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Pour boiling water until it covers the ingredients. Simmer the pot over low heat for 3 hours and until the lamb is cooked. Shred and mash the lamb. Mix sugar and yoghurt in a bowl and then added to the shredded lamb by the technique called ‘Kaf Mal’ in the video.
