Luce Gun control is not the solution to this problem. Yeah you wanna take big Pharma down? Don’t support the candidates that want to take your 2nd amendment from you because they’re in with big pharma. Get rid of the gun free zones that shooters target. Arm teachers that take gun safety courses and are proven to be highly proficient in marksmanship. The police used to come into schools and teach kids about gun safety a long time ago, back when these shootings didn’t happen. The solution is not to make it harder for the average citizen to own a gun which is exactly what that link Eminem has in his video is trying to push.

I live in the UK and we have the National Health Service that all British citizens must pay a small contribution into at the end of every month once we all get paid. It's an incredible thing we have, any hospital visit, treatment, operation, aftercare, medication, etc, is all free of charge. I don't know why the US doesn't want to adopt their own National Health Service, I think the US citizens would greatly benefit from one. And the monthly contribution we pay into our NHS monthly is barely even noticeable. We are extremely lucky to have it and I wish you Americans could benefit from an NHS of your own someday.

Very well said, i think I've said this on this channel i suffer from severe anxiety, depression, and i am genetically bipolar so i really shouldn't be able to have a gun. I have been suicidal, and tried to shoot myself. As a matter a fact i thought about ending it all today, good thing i have friends that are with me at my worst, and best. Moral of the story i agree guns shouldn't be as accessible as they are, because a person like me, or more unstable can get them.

I am with you 100%. A responsible gun owner should have no issue with making it harder for irresponsible people or the mentally ill to get their hands on guns. My best friend was shot and killed with a gun she bought for her protection. Her fiance blew her brains out after an argument. A good friend of mine's son was shot in the Chardon High School shooting in Ohio. He lived but he is paralyzed for life, as the bullet severed his spinal cord. I watched the killer walk into the courtroom and laugh in the faces of my friend and the parents who lost their boys. Something has to be done. Of course it won't stop all gun violence, but if it cuts it by 10%, that's a start! If one less mom and dad cry because their kid is dead...if one less child cries because their parent is dead...if one less person (like me) cries because their best friend is dead, it's worth it.

i feel the same way man. I suffer from severe depression and crippling anxiety and I get some dark fucked up thoughts and you can feel so alone in those dark places that you do something really bad to like hurting others and yourself to make them go away. when you are in that darkness you can feel so alone and it can be scary as fuck.
Not gonna lie, I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and not worrying about dislikes or anything at the end. I'm a marine vet. I personally love gun. Going to the range was always a blast for me in training, but I do see how there needs to be a time and a place for where people are allowed to bring guns. In combat training, there was a port-a-potty that was closed off, because a marine smuggled a bullet from the range in the cycle before ours. He killed himself in that port-a-potty. When I was overseas, they found a bag full of guns at my younger brother's high school. If the police hadn't been tipped off, I could have lost my brother while I was serving this country. A fellow vet I know was recently diagnosed with bipolar depression and cancer. He owned a gun before those diagnoses, kept it throughout, and still has it now. He lost his job, his house, his savings, everything except his cat. But he still has his gun, and is still able to buy more if he wants. 22 vets kill themselves everyday in this country, and many of them use guns to do so. There have been vets who have shot themselves in the VA hospital parking lots. We have had more mass shootings this past year than there were days, and the number of mass shootings is far, far, far more than the rest of the world combined. You're right, there is an issue here. Mental health in America is no joke, and it needs to be fixed. Thank you again for sharing your opinions on this. Its a hot issue here, and I think most people don't speak up about it unless it is something they have experienced the horror of first-hand, or have lost loved ones to the violence. Keep doing what you're doing brother. Hope you are able to get all the help you need to keep staying true to yourself.
I live in Pennsylvania and bought an AR-15 in ONE HOUR. That's Ridiculous. Ppl don't need the ability to fire an Insane amount of bullets quickly, or mods and banana clips. We don't need to have 10 guns. Mental health Needs to be addressed, but that's gonna take a while. Most shooters aren't from the streets, and have legal guns. I am with you 100%. A responsible gun owner should have no issue with making it harder for irresponsible people or the mentally ill to get their hands on guns. My best friend was shot and killed with a gun she bought for her protection. Her fiance blew her brains out after an argument. A good friend of mine's son was shot in the Chardon High School shooting in Ohio. He lived but he is paralyzed for life, as the bullet severed his spinal cord. I watched the killer walk into the courtroom and laugh in the faces of my friend and the parents who lost their boys. Something has to be done. Of course it won't stop all gun violence, but if it cuts it by 10%, that's a start! If one less mom and dad cry because their kid is dead...if one less child cries because their parent is dead...if one less person (like me) cries because their best friend is dead, it's worth it.

I suffer from severe depression and crippling anxiety and I get some dark fucked up thoughts and you can feel so alone in those dark places that you do something really bad to like hurting others and yourself to make them go away. when you are in that darkness you can feel so alone and it can be scary as fuck.

Not gonna lie, I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and not worrying about dislikes or anything at the end. I'm a marine vet. I personally love gun. Going to the range was always a blast for me in training, but I do see how there needs to be a time and a place for where people are allowed to bring guns. In combat training, there was a port-a-potty that was closed off, because a marine smuggled a bullet from the range in the cycle before ours. He killed himself in that port-a-potty. When I was overseas, they found a bag full of guns at my younger brother's high school. If the police hadn't been tipped off, I could have lost my brother while I was serving this country. A fellow vet I know was recently diagnosed with bipolar depression and cancer. He owned a gun before those diagnoses, kept it throughout, and still has it now. He lost his job, his house, his savings, everything except his cat. But he still has his gun, and is still able to buy more if he wants. 22 vets kill themselves everyday in this country, and many of them use guns to do so. There have been vets who have shot themselves in the VA hospital parking lots. We have had more mass shootings this past year than there were days, and the number of mass shootings is far, far, far more than the rest of the world combined. You're right, there is an issue here. Mental health in America is no joke, and it needs to be fixed. Thank you again for sharing your opinions on this. Its a hot issue here, and I think most people don't speak up about it unless it is something they have experienced the horror of first-hand, or have lost loved ones to the violence. Keep doing what you're doing brother. Hope you are able to get all the help you need to keep staying true to yourself.

I live in Pennsylvania and bought an AR-15 in ONE HOUR. That's Ridiculous. Ppl don't need the ability to fire an Insane amount of bullets quickly, or mods and banana clips. We don't need to have 10 guns. Mental health Needs to be addressed, but that's gonna take a while. Most shooters aren't from the streets, and have legal guns. Health care imo should be free at the point of service like every other industrialized nation. No other nation comes close to us in terms of gun violence, and no other nation has bankruptcies due to medical bills. I'll be voting for the only candidate to offer true Medicare for All. I encourage people to research for themselves and vote for whom they believe best represents their interests.
