This song hits a certain way if you've lost someone

I think its being I a abusive relation ship thats one sided but she still loves that person but realises Quote "All though your still with me, I've been alone all along". like most abuse cases the female says in that relation ship.
And when you thought about joining this person or few of them in the death cause you don't see sense in living at all and without them, and when life broke you and destroyed you more then you thought was possible😢
I enjoyed watching your expressions as you listened. You are the first person to say that her voice had an innocence. I understand what you're saying. I believe her sister passed away and she's remembering her. Anyway, the man I loved with all my heart passed away on his birthday in September. One minute he was alive and the next, I was laying him on the floor and looking into his eyes and saying, I love you. He could only mouth, I love... and he passed away. I thank God that he allowed us to be looking into each other's eyes at that moment. This song allows me to cry because, sometimes when you are all alone it's hard to cry. You are a beautiful woman. From what I understand, this song was written by guitarist Ben Moody (he’s playing piano in the video). It’s about the passing of his grandfather. Many people think this is about the passing of Amy’s younger sister when she was a child, and maybe a part of her performance was sung with that in mind, but it’s not about Bonnie or a lover being taken away. I think a lot of people identify with the lyrics in their own way, but this was for Ben’s grandfather ❤️

A writer for IGN said that 'My Immortal' is a song of pain and despair caused by the loss of a family member or very close friend and how it drove Amy Lee to the edge of insanity." Amy Lee wasn't very happy with this song actually! Wikipedia has the story behind this, well worth reading actually!

It was actually written by Ben Moody about the death of his grandfather. She only wrote the piano part.

I would like to stop every kind of hate. But I can't. In my neighborhood I accepted afro American family with full of love and respect and I could say that my neighbors starts changing their mind and being very nice to this sweet family. This is my small donation how to stop racism. This broke my heart when people must to say BLACK life matters. It's non acceptable in the 21 century.

This song was written by the guitarist Ben Moody (he’s playing the piano in this video). It was meant to capture his feelings about the passing of his grandfather. I know that the lyrics can be applied to what you’re describing and many other situations, though. I think Evanesence wrote many of their songs as ways to try healing some very deep wounds 😔

Amy is playing the ghost of her sister who died.
This one isn’t about Bonnie and I don’t think Amy would ever try to portray her in this way. This was written by the guitarist, Ben Moody, and is about the passing of his grandfather. He’s the one playing the piano in the video. The lyrics can be adapted to many circumstances, but I truly and genuinely believe that Amy would never use Bonnie’s portrayal for something as commercial as a music video. Hell, she won’t perform ‘Hello’ live because, with it being written about her childhood reaction to Bonnie’s passing, it’s too painful for her
