- In this remastered track (originally created March 2019) called Narcissist Patterning Release Transmission you will clear the energies and patterning (from this and other lifetimes) throughout the Akashic Records that lead you into a draining low-frequency relationship where you feel obliged to rescue another or giving away your energy and power to any situation that drains your core light, energy and vitality.
The Challenge of Starseed-Empaths...
Starseeds tend to be empathic. Yet, like moths drawn to the flame, Starseed-Empaths can be drawn into soul sucking friendships or relationships with 3D Narcissists. Such relationships can leave a Starseed-Empath feeling exhausted at best and unhinged and suicidal at worst. A Starseed-Empath will usually attract such a relationship to learn important lessons. A Starseed-Empath tends to be a generous open person that wishes to share their love and light. However, they may have been conditioned within a 3D Family to tip into over-giving and self-sacrifice as a way of finding love and appreciation. They may have been conditioned into manifesting weak boundaries. On the other hand, a 3D narcissist is the exact opposite and will have no issue with crossing boundaries, blaming, shaming and taking a Starseed-Empath’s energy and light and anything else that seems to be on offer with little remorse.

Trying to cut ties with an incredibly unstable family member, a covert narcissist trying to literally end me (with dark magic) and swap destinies with me. Super jealous, super unhinged but very good with deceiving others. 😮💨
Never realised how much their "essence" had infiltrated my being as I was spiritually asleep when they started doing dark magic on me as a child and I wasn't aware I was a sensitive empath. I'm listening to this to finally rid them from my existence so thank you for this transmission. ☺️💛

Thank you, Steve!! I’ve listened to this amazing transmission in the past. Interestingly, noted that the original release was March 2019 - the EXACT month and year that I experienced an abrupt awakening to the Empath-
Narcissist (covert) dynamic that was at play in my 32 year marriage. Divorce
Dec 2019 (same date as wedding date :) Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to make it my job to dive deep into recovery through CBT, meditation, codependency and narcissism videos. Within months landed on Steve’s brilliant work and Starseed community!! It’s important to me to add that Reiki, EMDR, cranial sacral therapy, Rolfing, the 12-step community and other modalities have been instrumental in my Self recovery. It has been quite a ride as brain circuits have unraveled and new neural pathways have been created!! I’m now being shown various ways to serve as my path unfolds. I’ve heard it said, “the spiritual journey is a psychological journey” for which I wholeheartedly agree! Should you feel that you are in a personal or corporate empath-narc situation, there is a way out. Ask for help! You are not alone!!

Oh my goodness, that’s actually a common thing-the empath and covert narcissist dynamic?!? I’m in a situation just like that. We’re not married but have been together for 7 years and have a 6 year old daughter (I had an IUD but it fell out without my knowledge and I got pregnant within a month or two of meeting him 🤦🏼♀️). It’s been… a challenge and incredibly draining for me to deal with on a daily basis. I have come so far in the past 7 years in terms of my own personal growth-I am in longterm recovery from heroin and meth addiction, I became a substance abuse counselor and found a job that I absolutely love, I finally have healthier self-esteem-but, I know I won’t have total freedom until I can eventually move on. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to live on my own (I live with him and his family now) because of being in such a high cost of living city. I’m signed up for the low income housing list but it takes years to get a spot so, until then, I am just trying my best not to rile him and be invisible.
I’m very proud of you for your progress-you’ve done remarkably well in your own personal growth journey it seems. I understand how hard it is to break that cycle. I hope things continue to improve for you and that you can attain the inner peace you deserve ❤️🩷💜💙🩵 love from SF
@@jennifergraceh You are not alone in this. Many women such as myself-who are over 50 are in a similar spot. Thirty year financial, property, family and business partnership ties with a CovNarc are tricky wicks. Many of us would suffer severe emotional blackmail, personal history manipulation and smear campaigns that would cause immeasurable harm to our children. So, we continue to grow, release, maintain support groups until the opportunity presents itself perfectly and of course it will if we persevere. I’m in no rush. I have no desire for another partner in this lifetime. Thus, in the interim its therapy, making new friends and spiritual growth. I will be the change I wish to see in my life.. I joined Steve’s Ascension group and I am going full speed into learning whatever he gives us. I’m finishing my Psych degree, and I continue to do the best I can to keep the peace until a shift manifests. I hike in beautiful forests with my dog, I run, and I have my own room now thanks to my therapist who guided me on how to do this without an argument and it is a delightful place of serenity and peace. It is my sanctuary. If you ever want to connect, please do so. Liberation is coming for many of us and without the horrors of blackmail, smear campaign and torment. In the meantime, we create our own joy and sovereignty within the sticky places we find ourselves. We got this!

My husband of 12 years just discarded me like trash 4 weeks ago. He blindsided me. Left for his next supply. Although I'm definitely grieving, I can see what's happened over the 12 years ,he was very subtle with the abuse. Love Bombing, devaluing, future faking and then finally the discard where he was very brutal and evil 😈 I witnessed his eyes go black,the most eerie thing I've ever witnessed.
I will be doing this meditation frequently.

I've seen a few men's eyes go black.
(And possibly one woman but her irises were very dark normally so it was more difficult to tell).
One was my doctor at the time.
Its very disturbing.

Please tell me about future faking. Is this where they act like they want the same future as you, but they don’t ever make the decisions to make that future real? Because I’m trying to determine if I am dealing with a narcissist or an extremely-adapted, neglected, grown child. Honestly could be the same… now that I sit with it 🧐
@RebeccaRuano yes,exactly what you said. They share future plans with you, never having intentions to follow through. They cant,it's only a matter of time before their mask falls,especially if you start holding them accountable
Do find a therapist for this and heal and SAGE YOU'RE HOME of his essence while securing you're Joint Finances, change passwords, write Credit Agencies to make sure he hasn't made bills you get stuck with and cut off all credit cards and debit joint cards that has his name on them. Cars, Health Insurance, Wills&Trusts, Burial Insurance, etc.

I too am navigating through this and have been for years. Being on the “at worst” list last year, I’m so grateful, I made it. I’m so grateful for others sharing their struggles here. NPD abuse is so isolating. And we’ve lost so much. Efforts like this from Mr. Steve and each of us sharing our journey and struggle gives everyone strength and really bring us together in spirit. @@mrm7185me too! I always do one before bed and again in the morning! It’s made such a huge difference in my mental health. I’m so much calmer and happier, in general, now that I practice meditation twice a day! I relied on antidepressants for years (since high school) and always hated the way they made me feel. I haven’t had the need to take them in over two + years now that I meditate. (This probably goes without saying, but this is my personal experience and I don’t recommend anyone else to stop their mental health/other meds without talking to their doctor!❤)

I’m essentially married to one, as well. We have a child together and have lived together for 7 years now so we’re pretty stuck with each other (can’t separate because of living in such a high cost of living city). I haven’t been able to get through to him yet though. He’s gotten a little better with his temper but it’s obvious he’s very resentful all the time. I asked him once to go to couples counseling and I quote, “I don’t want to be punished for your problems” 😂 that was years ago and I’ve made all of the necessary changes to better myself but he’s still an asshole 😂

You will never ‘heal’ him. You are mistaken if you believe that. They cannot be healed. They are dark souls, born of the abyss. They have no interest in ascension or of anything aligned with goodness or love.
If you had healed him miraculously, why is he not truly healed? Why is he not ascending?
