I heard that the defendants are the plaintiff's auntie & cousin, but did I miss whose sister the defendant is? The plaintiff's dad looked positively homicidal while his wife was rambling to Doug. Thanksgiving dinner with mom is going to be war or peace?
Not necessarily disagreeing with you, but the judge reads the cases before they ever film the show, so she gets a pretty good idea of the situation and personalities ahead of time.
Why didn’t the judge want to see the pictures of his stuff? Wouldn’t that be proof he has 7 Jordan’s? Or it would make her look bad if he was able to prove he did in fact have 7 Jordans?
The plaintiff looks like he would try to take over somebody house. He has no where to go and brings some woman and a baby. The defendants son looks like he will steal your dreams.
People do not save all receipts, and I do believe that the plaintiff had these things, but the defendant took it or the other people the Aunt had staying there.
Some of you don’t understand that you need PROOF of what you claim. Just cause you “had” or bought something while you were poor or homeless does not mean law has to agree with you without PROOF. You can have nice things, but priorities should be in order. Can I claim I bought a $1,000 of clothes while living with momma with no proof and now it’s missing and all of a sudden expect the law to believe me without receipts? HELLLOOOO
The judge makes no sense. What does him being homeless have to do with the amount of clothes he has? She would definitely call me a liar. It doesn’t matter how silly you think someone’s purchases are. If they bought them then it’s theirs and if it’s gone then someone stole them and should pay for what they stole. I do believe the defendants took his items. I truly do!
how do u know that the plaintiff did not steal those items from the store ? boosting is a common and popular practice among young inner city youth and street addicts nowadays . u should have known .
I agree.... The thing that caught my attention was the defendant said "he kept asking for his stuff" why would he ask the defendant for his stuff if it didn't go missing. Now "who" took it, I think the defendant's son.. Maybe some cousin jealousy going on...
He’s so full of it! Homeless and broke, I don’t think he had anything he said!
As someone who was homeless and broke and who owned a lot of expensive things beforehand, i completely believe him.
Plaintiff's mom is the problem.
Guy outside had same thought,. If the guy had that many jeans and shoes he had them but stole them.
So the kid doesn't have a job but has all this expensive stuff- shoplifting
Y’all are so slow
Really they are!!
He said he had two jobs before…
I heard that the defendants are the plaintiff's auntie & cousin, but did I miss whose sister the defendant is? The plaintiff's dad looked positively homicidal while his wife was rambling to Doug. Thanksgiving dinner with mom is going to be war or peace?
How many times does this judge tell immature men to "Man up?!"
As many as she wants to.
I really don't understand her sometimes maybe I need a break watching this show
Feel you on that one lol
Not necessarily disagreeing with you, but the judge reads the cases before they ever film the show, so she gets a pretty good idea of the situation and personalities ahead of time.
@@feliciagallo9832and??
The mother should be ashamed of herself.
That's too many jeans for a homeless dude to carry around.
His new "Mother" speaks for him and dictates everything that he does.
Somebody get mr black shirt a wash cloth…. He has dirt on his lip!!! Lmao!!!
If ur gonna lie lie big 😂
The mother? Joe Dirt? What's going on with that? Kid needs his own place for sure
The plantiffs mom reeeeeaaaallly did a bad job being a mother. She also was CHEWING GUM while testifying which is quite disrespectful.SMDH
Great job 👍 jugde 😊
They’re all lying 😂
Why didn’t the judge want to see the pictures of his stuff? Wouldn’t that be proof he has 7 Jordan’s? Or it would make her look bad if he was able to prove he did in fact have 7 Jordans?
And what reason does he not have a job? Man Up!
People don’t save receipts for jeans.
The plaintiff looks like he would try to take over somebody house. He has no where to go and brings some woman and a baby. The defendants son looks like he will steal your dreams.
The only reason why someone saves receipts for clothes is if they think they might return them.
People do not save all receipts, and I do believe that the plaintiff had these things, but the defendant took it or the other people the Aunt had staying there.
Yeah this man needs to be a grown up. Acting like a grown up and a 15 year old at the same time.
@12:35 Literally a Mexican standoff 🤣
Did they say they were "Mexican"?
Scary Sherri not raising a good boy ... Shocker
Hey Judge, just because poor people are poor doesn't mean that they shouldn't own anything nice.
And that's how one remains poor.
@@shonnie81That part!!! Priorities are all mixed up 🤦🏽♀️
Really?! That dude is lame with no job and leaching off family members.
Could he afford a hotel room when he gotten kicked out?
Priorities hun. When I was homeless I definitely wasn’t running to Sephora for lipgloss.
He most likely did have those items. I know lots of broke people with name brand clothing & nice cars.... Thing is others bought it for them 😂😂
He said he had pictures of his things there
The mother failed that boy… a mess… it’s a shame because the two boys look so much alike
The defendant should have gotten something but I understand that they didn't have proof but I believe them
Classy people
i have one pair of jeans and one pait of trainers.... he has fourteen jeans and seven pairs of trainers,,, sounds like lies to me
she's not a fair judge at all
as soon as i saw him standing with that crooked look i hate i knew he was gonna lose
I guarantee you those were Hollister jeans that his cousin had on😅😅😅😅😅
I know the defendant and his mom very well she's a very good woman and very caring this guy the plaintiff is a scammer
I thought Doug was going to get jumped today
Some of you don’t understand that you need PROOF of what you claim. Just cause you “had” or bought something while you were poor or homeless does not mean law has to agree with you without PROOF. You can have nice things, but priorities should be in order. Can I claim I bought a $1,000 of clothes while living with momma with no proof and now it’s missing and all of a sudden expect the law to believe me without receipts? HELLLOOOO
Wouldnt the lawyer she had do the eviction have had brains enough to ask for court costs ???
The judge makes no sense. What does him being homeless have to do with the amount of clothes he has? She would definitely call me a liar. I have years worth of clothes, shoes, boots, sneakers, electronics, etc. I work hard and I play hard. I do the same for my children. I don’t think that should have been brought into the situation.
Homeless people can't be trusted.. Period. The judge makes perfect sense.
I only feel bad for the Aunt. Her son should’ve never invited him to her house. He already wasn’t allowed at his own house. Smh
