They need to produce a ride-on robot where a human gets transported from shelf to shelf so they can pick the items. Robots don't quite have the dexterity to do that efficiently right now.
And...they cant pay them enough because everyone and their mom shops mostly at Amazon. And Amazon Robotics uses robots to bring all the shelves to the human packer much faster than these robots! lol
