I love French onion soup. I worked in NYC when they went through a French onion soup fad. For a time, it seemed as if every restaurant served French onion soup. I found a good recipe and starting cooking it on a regular basis. Now I want to taste it again. I will have to dig out my old recipe.

Versailles for the castle, but why would anyone go to Marseilles? Paris is the cultural center of France, there is so much to see. It's the most visited city in the world for a reason. Marseilles has so much less to offer...
