When drafting a player, the high med low is referencing the scouting accuracy. So a low ahl bottom 6 forward is better than a high ahl bottom 6 forward because the high one probably is an ahler, hopefully this helped, no one seems to understand the drafting mechanics
I get that, a lot of the time though high AHL Top 6 turns out to be an NHL bottom 6 forward, which was all I was hoping for really. I will try taking bigger risks next draft with some low ahl bottom 6 players :)
Hey Cole, if you jack up the years when resigning contracts, if they ask for nothing theres a good chance they wont grow (like Hanifin) if they as for a shit ton of money they will get good
Tactix, almost always when a player has high potential in the draft screen, then the player will be one potential higher than what he is said to be. For example, a high ahl top 2 d will be a 7th d and a high bottom 6, will be a top 9. Take that into consideration when drafting.
I did an expansion draft with the Michigan Wolverines, I'm on the same year as you and I was able to sign Kyle Turris and he had the same issues. Usually with expansion draft teams in franchise the chemistry is low and star players don't like that, if you pay them 1-2 million more then they usually accept though.
I've found trading for C Eriksson Ek (Minnesota) always pays off huge. He seems to have relatively low trade value early on and always ends up in the 88-89 range
AHL team ranking is based on points gained from all the points available. For excample the first team in the AHL has gained most points of the points available in games played. In the game that is marked as %.
For some reason if you draft someone with a low potential, you get a better chance to get higher than the high potential, if you select a high ahl player you will probably get a top 9 medium, if you draft low ahl top 6 you would probably get a low or medium top 6
The random Channel I get that but whenever I do it I always get a good pick, it's like cale fleury in the 2017 draft he is a low ahl top 6 d, but when you pick him he becomes a low top 4 d
I think Draisaitl deserves the captaincy! Also, could you start showing the rosters of a few other NHL teams, just to see the changes made in them? Might be kind of fun to see
Don't rush to get the cup now. Keep your picks and create a future superteam. BTW you have to get 1 or 2 elite forward prospects. i recommend Joe Veleno or patrick laine. Never be scared to trade firts round picks for those guys because they are pretty much as good as any draft pick. :)
i only had to pay turris 3 mil and his asking price was 8.7 mil and by the way i did not make the playoffs and my chemistry was 45! Love your vids and keep on the good work
Since ea updated rosters, players from Canada in the draft in 2018 are all real players and will all have ahl potential. Therefore in 2018 draft, select players that are made up because they will actually have potential
the game does that because you trade away players after just bringing them and + plus they are lots of neutral moral and btw you should bring up benson he is a beast.
The reason the team chemistry is down is because each player came from different teams through the expansion draft and have little to no chemistry with each other but after two years it should've gone up?
you should really turn the injuries down. not completely off, but maybe make the cpu and human injury frequency down to like 3/100. I've found that that's a pretty realistic number.
From what I've seen, the game has a tendency to rate guys with HIGH potential much higher than they should be, so that happens a relatively decent amount in the 1st round...
PuckNerd if you're talking about in the draft then I disagree. I purposely draft people with high scout that have good potential because it usually rises one potential higher than scouted
No, I was speaking to the sheer number of AHL potentials that appeared in this draft class. I consistently see guys with High Top 6 D, Top 9 F, Bottom 6 F, AHL Top 6 F, and AHL Top 2 D potentials rated above Top 6 F, Top 4 D, and Elite potentials that are Medium or Low. It seems like a weird flaw in the projection logic the game employs.
i want to say to tactix that standing in ahl isnfix about the average win by a team like if a team have 21 0 0 they have 100% is not about the pts like nhl like for tactix see
You trade away too many of your players during the season. That impacts your locker room chemistry. That is why Carlson / Turris did not sign with you.
My favorite series on youtube

And an elite would be a franchise?
Nice vid as usual!
Thanks!
TacTixHD Np!
53k subs!
Make another one I love this season
You should do a Fantasy Draft Franchise. That would be lit 👌🏼
I signed him 6 years on 7.85 mil
I've found trading for C Eriksson Ek (Minnesota) always pays off huge. He seems to have relatively low trade value early on and always ends up in the 88-89 range
WOOOOO
When going into the draft pick a kid named Grument-Morris. When I picked him up his potential was Medium Starter for me.

Joseph Fischer it's random
The random Channel I get that but whenever I do it I always get a good pick, it's like cale fleury in the 2017 draft he is a low ahl top 6 d, but when you pick him he becomes a low top 4 d
Nice vid
Thank you!
By the way B. Gaunce became an alternate captain when he was called up. He shouldn't have the "A."
Ovi is gr8
Jeremy Morin my all time favorite IceHog player and AHL player!
you should do this daily
"The Rangers haven't won the cup in a while I don't think"............. They won the year before...... Lol
LMAO that's embarrassing... I was thinking real life last time was like 93 or 94
TacTixHD Montreal won in 1993 ;)
94
Rangers went back to back in this franchise series IM LOVING IT
Love how it says NY Rangers Rangers
Vay-Va-Line-In. Sound em out brother
David booths dad is my dentist lol
Love this series, when do
You plan to get the next episode out? Can't wait to see Nolan Patrick up in the NHL
When you were making the trade after you signed Turris, I thought you were trading him already lmao
hey tactix finally pulled a mov
Turris and Carlson were not signing cause you play players out of their role and that causes low chemistry.
Williamtheconqueror he ruined like 4 players in 2 years, I wouldn't want to sign with his team either 😂
GUILLAUME PARR same I would rather be a free agent for a whole year then play for a team with an idiot for a gm
akinson produces really good in
I think Draisaitl deserves the captaincy! Also, could you start showing the rosters of a few other NHL teams, just to see the changes made in them? Might be kind of fun to see
i got sean day to an 88 when he was 24 so hopefully he works out
Don't rush to get the cup now. Keep your picks and create a future superteam. BTW you have to get 1 or 2 elite forward prospects. i recommend Joe Veleno or patrick laine. Never be scared to trade firts round picks for those guys because they are pretty much as good as any draft pick. :)
yay
Trade for someone on the Penguins they have a lot of good players!
i only had to pay turris 3 mil and his asking price was 8.7 mil and by the way i did not make the playoffs and my chemistry was 45! Love your vids and keep on the good work

It's the 95/ 96 draft class.
Holy shit he said fuck lol. Great vid man
Turris deserved it
TacTixHD very true lol. Love this series man, keep up the good work.
haha finally
2
I really like your videos can u make more
That's weird you have to have a captain it's how hockey works. I think it should be Johnson.😬
Montreal has good prospects
C-Johnson A-Drouin A-Drainslt
Werenski always gets to 93+ for me
Tim Miles me too lol
Put Liljegren Top 4 In AHL team so he can grove better. But good vid! :)
Bullenergy99 he's probably gunna boogie to ehh
Should of taking Martin Fehevary and Isaac lunderstrom
And David levin AND Ryan McLeod
Rangers with back to back cups
the game does that because you trade away players after just bringing them and + plus they are lots of neutral moral and btw you should bring up benson he is a beast.
Rangers with that b2b Stanley Cup win :)
The reason the team chemistry is down is because each player came from different teams through the expansion draft and have little to no chemistry with each other but after two years it should've gone up?
I've seen high top 6 get to 90 plus
Lol you took a guy listed as AHL Bottom 6 High in the first round...at best, that can only change one way, so AHL top-6 I guess was best case
Do you ever check team chemistry by the way? Might be a good idea to look out for locker room cancers.
you should really turn the injuries down. not completely off, but maybe make the cpu and human injury frequency down to like 3/100. I've found that that's a pretty realistic number.
WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OEL????
Hintz turns into a beast give him 3rd line over Vedjemo
Mike Cratty he plays now in finland and he is beast.
BbZ I've seen him in Franchise mode even as low as an 85 in the top 5 in the NHL in points
From what I've seen, the game has a tendency to rate guys with HIGH potential much higher than they should be, so that happens a relatively decent amount in the 1st round...

high top 6 can be better than medium elite and for d high top 4 can become top 2 d-mans
i want to say to tactix that standing in ahl isnfix about the average win by a team like if a team have 21 0 0 they have 100% is not about the pts like nhl like for tactix see
u should swap werenski to first line.
Try to trade for a 2nd line winger like Hoffman or laine cause they could play first line if anyone gets injured
The 2018 draft is terrible in every gm mode I've done
Rangers haven't won in a while, rangers have back to back
When you are making a pick sort by potential you will find better players The round doesn't mean anything
Not for me
ЯSΛ Hazard YT the round dose matter that's the whole point of rounds
de la Rose is number 1 xD
Hey Cole! How's a going?
Hi
where's nolan patrick
The rangers haven't won in a while. They won back to back years lmao
what does the low medium high and exact in the boxes mean?
What do you think it means...;
Liljegren will grow 90-91 Overall :)
galiev is pronounced gal-E-ev
what happened to patrick
Rangers 3 peat?...
Rangers won back to back
I think u should have taken low ahl top 2 guys bc I think they r usually top 4 or 6
Low means it will jump more I think
You trade away too many of your players during the season. That impacts your locker room chemistry. That is why Carlson / Turris did not sign with you.
Isles made a good pick? wow. Garth Snow must not be the GM anymore.
Also, why didn't you just trade picks and why did you trade for picks in a class that was projected to be "Weaker"
Anybody have a 76 laine they want to sell I'll trade a mov eberle
lol the trades are such a joke
Play a game
Great series, although I think you are exploiting trades a little too much. Teams would never part with young talent for scraps.
first
you dont even play
