A way to try and fix the webview/number problems is you have to do is go into settings then look up system web view and clear the storage and the cache nd if that doesn’t work then ion know tbh but I just did it nd it worked for me

They have few languages, but it's in the title screen bro. Like the screen where it shows bounty rush logo and gear 5, shanks, roger. There on top left you will see 3 line button to change language.
