JoeTisserie is worth the price of admission for sure. Kick Ash basket works great. Cast Iron grate/griddle, Dutch oven, and wok also work well. Last but not least the Grill Grates are great pun intended.
I think very similar to you, for how I think today at this moment this would be my top 10 KJ 1. Soapstone 2. JoeTisserie 3. Grid expander Third party 4. High heat gloves (long to help protect your arms) 5. Smart temp probe with data logging 6. Pellet tube for cold smoking 7. 5qt dutch oven by lodge fits in the x accessory rack perfectly 8. vac seal to save food 9. sous vide to reheat BBQ 10. Jalapeño pepper corer and rack
This is an excellent top 10. I thought about my sous vide but just don't use it a lot. I too like dutch oven, pellet tube and need to get one of those Jalapeño corers.
Any suggestions on where to find a good sous vide? All I’ve seen relies heavy on their app to operate it. Which don’t have great reviews. So, looking for something that actually works well.
@@joshuaapodaca8335 it’s not great but I got the inkbird unit because it’s cheap and I am not committed to sous vide enough to care. It can work independently of the app
For that BBQ tub. Cadac has something that might be a lot better since a few years: Their "soft soak series' They are essentially oversized silicone cake tins, which can be used to clean nearly ANY size "round" grill.
The accessories are the key to ease and functionality. Great info here Scott.
Thank you so much. It for sure makes the bbq life a lot easier & fun!
YOU ARE SUCH A PRO🌟
That is too kind, thank you. Always still learning!
Top 12! Too many good ones to choose from!
Thank you! They all are good and make life easier doing bbq!

Thank you so much! Thanks for watching!
Just had my kamado delivered this pm. What else is a first accessory to go with this grill.
Congrats! A lot of options but my favorite is joetisserie, basket and now the griddle. They have those on the KJ website. I also like the soapstone.
GREAT VIDEO🔥🔥🔥
Thank you!
Nice channel. Just Sub. Just purchased the Louisiana 24 inch from Costco. I will be following you and did hit the bell. Thanks again for the info.
Thank you so much. I'm glad to connect and appreciate the support on the channel. Congrats on the new smoker!
Did you build the table for the jr?
I purchased it from JJ George Outdoors but assembled it.
The Neapolitan basket is not on their website
Good to know. Kamado Joe now has their own basket that I like a lot better & more versatile!
