Used to let returns bother me. I pack everything I ship out to an almost obsessive degree. Always take a lot of pictures and price things fairly. You just can't please everyone and fortunately ebay does help you out in a lot of situations. I return things as a buyer too although I try to be fair and try to work things out before having to resort to that.
To be fair internally orders shipped from the US take at least 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at intended destination. Only know that as i buy alot from the US
I subscribe to many reseller UA-camrs. Out of ALL of them you guys are the MOST professional FUN business oriented. I love how you work your business around your families. Many other UA-camrs don't have a clue on how to do that or WANT to do that. Keep it real keep it fun love your staff. I am a poker player and as we say, "I am all in !".
As an ebay seller I do get a fair amount of returns. Sometimes it's fair (mail destroyed the box or I missed something) and it sucks. Sometimes they just don't want it. As long as they are truthful to me and will pay the shipping costs I'm completely fine with returns, I can always sell it to someone else, and if they don't make me pay the shipping charges then I didnt' lose out on anything.
Just an FYI.. when the game cleaner is running... that's all I hear... and during conversations the high pitch whine of the machine makes the video almost unwatchable. Really only noticed on this video and the last one.

Stated he decided to “open the box and the Qbby doesn’t work” same buyer sent me a message saying “ I am a mint in box collector please ensure is well packaged. I rejected the eBay return request and he logged a dispute with his bank. EBay have a hold on around $550 pending investigation. What is the likelihood this will be ruled in favour of the buyer? I’m getting scammed for both the cash and the mint Qbby…
Fingers crossed for you but ebay will most likely side with the buyer. A lot of sellers refuse to sell brand new in box, and instead open, check contents, and test them to avoid scammers. They can buy brand new and claim its missing something, or doesn't work. Which you can't prove they are lying as there's no pictures of the contents and no pictures or video of it working. Good luck
Should have just canceled the order, honestly. If they don't have confidence in how you'll ship, they are bound to be a pain in the ass to deal with afterwards. Ebay will most likely side with you though. They tend to back up the sellers in most cases. You have proof of purchase and delivery. They will most likely be refinanced by eBay through chargeback unless they have a continual streak of doing this kind of crap but the hold on your account should be taken off especially if you're in good standing. They had over 2 months to decide they didn't want your item and/or try to scam you for their money back.
Love the ex deoxys art on the box. My fondest memories include opening ex deoxys packs we got on clearance for 15c each here in Australia. That opened box might still have some value to an ex deoxys fan. Obviously it wont be a whole lot, but its better than nothing :)

So I have 3 copies of pokemon blue none of which say "red" in the text on the back, but they do have the sandshrew error and white pixelated ESRB Rating. The previous video made me think there was this undiscovered "red" text error, and I didn't have true first print. But then they said after filming they found out their copy was fake, anyone got some insight on this ?
