I play Strfkr a lot, and my 5 and 6 year old daughters love their music too. When they ask the name of the band, I just say Star lol.

this is one of those songs you want to play over and over again but also dont want to overplay
I think this is one of those rare exceptions where the song simply can't be overplayed.
I legitimately give myself a few months off just to appreciate it again. I only do that for the Beatles otherwise.
It's ok if you over play. Just gets a lil better each time. Quite unusual, actually.

I went to 2 strfkr concerts in 2017. One in Santa Ana, one in Santa Cruz. It was unreal.
Towards the end of the concert, they all leave stage with the intro to this song playing in a loop. The crowd starts screaming "one more song, one more song". Then Strfkr comes back on stage, and when the beat of Isabella of Castille starts, it was the craziest chills I think I've ever had. Glass Animals on April 22nd and I am excited for that. Strfkr rules.
I too saw them twice in CA in 2017, and the 2nd show had this ending. I thought the show was done. I wanted to beat the merch table rush and I was just about to buy a new shirt when they came back and began. I feel bad for the merch guy because I screamed incoherently and ran back off to the stage. Was the greatest surprise and greatest ending.

I remember I tried a tab from Switzerland, I heard this song for the first time when I was 18 and that night, this song was playing in the background. I was at the skate park in the back by the railroad, we decided to walk down the tracks and it felt like an eternity, but for a second the moon connected a bolt of light towards each and everyone else around me. That moment was unforgettable. We all looked at each other and smiled at the euphoric feeling this song brought back to us.

reminds me of the good times when i was in Secondary school. then it reminds me that it wasn't that good at all.
nostalgia is a screwed up manifestation of our regret. we want to go back and our excuse is that the past was so much better. I messed up my grades and messed up my friendships. Messed up myself in the process too. I love to convince myself that i had awesome friends and did really well then because in comparison, it really was so much better then as now I live with the consequences. We are unwilling to face what our past mistakes have become- present day limitations. For example, I can't go to university as i flunked in school. I now can't find a job. and I never blame it on myself. Nostalgia is our stubborn avoidance of our mistakes and their impacts.

That noise is internal and external and means so much to each individually. I felt it and many years later we’re back together not because of this song but now looking back I feel it again. Wow.
