Did anyone ever reply to you? The nine patch block in the middle is called a Glorified Nine Patch. You can google it and find tutorials on how to do it.
People asking about doing DWR - I just happened to be watching the Dresden Plate Tutorial by MissouriQuiltCo last night and while watching this ruler demo it occurred to me that it seems that combining the dresden piecing with this ruler would produce DWR effect(?) *The design on that pink fabric is really pretty; does anyone happen to know the source? Enjoyed the demo!

Somehow I have very hard time to cut the fabric underneath the curved ruler,I used the small rotary cutter(29mm),what can I do?
