HEY WHEN YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE GOING THROUGH THE NOMALCY BEFORE THE STORM, I WAS THINKING OF THE MOVIE THE TITANIC, WHILE THEY WERE TRYING TO GET EVERYONE READY TO GET OFF THE SHIP, THE PEOPLE WERE PLAYING THE VIOLINS, THAT WERE PART THE MUSIC GROUP, AND EVERYONE WAS ACTING LIKE THEY HAD ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD, NOT REALIZING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GO DOWN WITH SHIP.

Pastors get a sabbatical every 3 to 5 years or so, and I think that should be incorporated into all jobs, because we all need rest. Especially Christians who go through spiritual warfare because our warfare is in the spirit realm, and normal life is actually a spiritual battle with the realms of darkness for the believer, according to Ephesians. Soldiers need rest. Amen.

DAVID, I HAVE TO TELL YOU THIS, ONE TIME I WAS FASTING FROM WATCHING TV, COMPUTER, AND EVEN CELL PHONES, FOR FOURTY DAYS, THEN MY HUSBAND TAKES ME OUT TO EAT A SPORTS CLUB AND IT WAS FILLED WITH WALL TO WALL TV'S DOUBLE ROLLS ON EVERY WALL.THROUGH THE WHOLE CLUB. THAT WAS THE TOUGHEST TEST I EVER HAD. THE WHOLE TIME I TRIED MY BEST NOT TO LOOK AT ANY TV'S AND SO I LOOKED DOWNWARD OR AT MY HUSBAND. I THOUGHT WHY DID MY HUSBAND TAKE ME TO ALL PLACES HERE? IT WAS LIKE THE DEVIL LEAD HIM TO TAKE ME RIGHT THERE.
